Okay I hear all the "young" people where are the old fellows in this plan LOL.... like +30 years old.
On a more serious note I'm pretty sure if there is a downloadsection and a forum then there's a high chance people like to talk about this or that Anime series they watch or recently downloaded... or they have questions or whatever.
So there always will be members that post a little and then be gone again, this will be so always I guess it's a kind of nature to the internet, most people are not around for long. There's not that much you can do about that but we are on a good way we have many nice members which are helpful and kind....

In my personal opinion it would be great to have different section and genres in the new web design, there could be clubs to various anime series and creating signatures or whatever fans like to do.... as example a more mature section for animes like "Claymore" and "Black Lagoon" that are obviously not ment for kids and a section for the younger anime fans fitting for the kid audience.
