Ok I wasn't really sure where to put it so I just dumped it here I've wanted to go on a diet for a while but it just never happened And now well, it happened...

Good idea on the skipping rope. Skipping actually burns more calories than going for a run.

I know how tough it is, during my homelessness etc all the stress and lack of money has caused me to eat very poorly and put on a lot of weight. I'm currently on a fat-stripping exercise and diet regime too!

Maybe I'll record my results with you too, it's easier if you got someone going through the same thing to support.

Yeah well take it easy and it's better to lose weight slowly and take your time. Since what you loose fast you gain even faster.

I'm not really experiencing too much trouble with eating less
Sometimes a slight headache but it's not that bad really
If I get the urge to eat and eat and eat I just drink a glass of water

Update time!

It's been about a week since I started so I decided to step on that damn scale again.
The verdict was pretty clear. Only lost 0.2KG
That was quite the disappointment there, but I refuse to be defeated that easily!
Now it's all about back tracking and looking for mistakes I made
I already found at least 2 occasions where I ate too much or too late in the evening
The main problem remains I don't do any physical exercise whatsoever
(if you exclude grocery shopping, and that's only a 10 minute walk)
Anyone have any suggestions for easy exercises I could do?

I don't even think I'd manage half a mile
I run about a quarter mile yesterday and I had a soar throat all day...
I don't breath the right way and my I don't run the right way
I want to do the sit ups
Just need to find something to lay on the ground underneath me
What do you use?

Even the girl push ups are too damn difficult
I still fall flat on my face lol
Oh well I guess I'll all give it a try
