i small portion of yogurt ie. activia just before bed can stimulate your metabolism even while you sleep. just a helpful tool to aid in the weight loss. almost effortless i mean your body will digest the food from diner faster instead of storing it. there is no demand for energy while catching the zzz so ppl who eat late heavy diners tend to store fat more. which brings me to another helpful practice. eating healthy me:Pals for breakfast is always good you should never skip bfast. lunch time should be your biggest meal. this is when you can go all out. and last but not least supper should be a light meal.
