I forgot to mention
I have this little weights
Well I can go up to 20KG but that's not a good way to start lol
So I might go find some exercises to do with those!
My best friend is really great and gave me some nice recipes
Downside is she also knows every damn things about food
You shouldn't eat that, you shouldn't eat that, try to avoid that, ...
The plan wasn't really to do extreme dieting but whatever...
I'm still happy she cares

Well I guess I'll just ignore half of what she told me not to eat XD
I'm going for a regular normal eating pattern I could just as easily maintain
when my diet is over
Basicly eat less and more healthy and exercise more
It should be enough to loose 20KG
Downside is if I keep loosing 0.2KG a week it will take 100 weeks (2 years)
The problem now is getting into exercising...
I'll try my best to do so!
