I read all the time, any chance I can get. I read almost anything too: SciFi, Fantasy,Horror,Military,Fiction,NonFiction.....

A couple months ago I purchased a Sony Reader pocket edition, and found a bunch of books to download.

Recently I have read the entire Anita Blake series, Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson, Neuromancer (again!) by William Gibson, the first 2 of the 3 Frankenstein books by Dean Koontz (reading the 3rd now!)..... I'll probably read a couple of books from the Monk series next, and/or either The Destroyer or Doc Savage books. I'm still looking for a decent inclusive package of the Maxwell Grant 'The Shadow' series, of which I own about 3 old paperbacks. There's a few on Project Gutenberg but they aren't the best coded and a pain to download individually. I also have a bunch of old Sax Rohmer books I downloaded that I want to read, like the rest of the Fu Manchu novels.... I love old pulps!!!

And, yes I still read comics and manga too! As well as my old Heavy Metal magazines, and I found a bunch of scans of old Warren mags like Vampirella, Eerie, and Creepy...as well as the old short-lived Marvel magazine 'Epic', which was basically Marvel's answer to Heavy Metal...an "adult" comic magazine with individual stories and artwork similar to works by names such as Richard Corben or Milos Manera.

I just wish I still had all my old comics, I had some nice ones including the original TMNT Eastman and Laird books, the Archie Comics TMNT series, several old Dark Horse "Boris The Bear"'s including the "color classics", the entire Death of and Rebirth of Superman line, the whole Spiderman "black suit" to Venom storyline, all the 2099 series like Spidy,Hulk,and Doc Doom... a bunch of good stuff! Unfortunately got rid of them the first time my wife and I separated...the only comics I have left are my Ghost Rider's including the crossover series with the black covers (Midnight Sons, etc.), some Death,Black Orchid, and Sandman's, a parchment cover, raised red ink #1 of the retold Son of Satan storyline, some Hellblazer's, the 4-comic "The Melting Pot", one or two Hellraiser's,and some various adult stuff and graphic novels, like Cry For Dawn... (if you have never seen Dawn, you haven't lived! THE hottest redhead ever drawn...this ain't no cartoony Jessica Rabbit, guys!!!) :D

Book 2- can't remember the title, but it's out now...came out like last year or so.
Book 3- last I heard is SUPPOSED to come out either 2010 or 2011...I think 2011 !

is that in a series or by itself? I'm reading Where Angels Fear to Tread, about as religious as I get (dedicated atheist, although would believe in the norse, greek and eygptian gods if they gave me stuff!)

Books yeah! I love them i devour them in a frenzy of darting eyes from side to side. So yeah they're alright.
A) As much as I can, but you can only reread them so many times in a couple of years

Z) Fantasy, Sci-fi, Fiction, Young Adult and some Graphic novels (US and Japan)

H) Just love them, they take me to the authors imagination and then I can imagine myself in that universe or take inspiration from certain elements and that will in turn effect my writing, even if i don't try to.

T) Skulduggery Pleasant: Dark Days

8)Michael Pryor's Laws of magic Series again (about fifth time) still two more books to go til it's finished.

I am reading Robert Jordans "wheel of time" truely epic series and kicks Lord of the rings butt.

Have you read it recently its like trying to drink dirt. dry, heavy and makes you really bored.
I mean the guy wrote 10 pages when he could have wrote one.
I still like the book but it is really hard to read, just because you have to be really into it, not to read just for the pleasure but to understand his world.

Lex Trent Vs the Gods by Alex Bell- very funny and original book where the title charater is refreshingly a cheating scoundrel who doesn't really change.

Monster Republic by Ben Horton- Kids blown up and put back together, can only equal fun and action.

Changling: Demon Games by Steve Feasey- 4th book in the series about a teenage wolf, who actually does stuff and kicks ass.

just waiting for Skulduggery Pleasant: Mortal Coil to come into stock and be sent to me from the UK. Drilliant and funny series of books by Derek Landy. Where a skeleton detective solves paranormal mysteries with his side kick who is a 15yr girl with an attitude to match her expolsive magikal powers.

Hey guys after years of trying to remember I finally remembered a site with lots of free ebooks to read, most of the authors died before 1955, but there are newer ones as well

just type in Project Gutenberg in google or something and pick the site, the Australian one only works for me, but that could be because I live here.

It has nearly all of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's stuff plus some george Orwell and many many others, over 2,000.

You can read them all for free.

I'm reading- the adventures and exploits of brigader Gerard by Conan doyle, a seriously funny series of short stories.:bravo:

Am going to go 80kms tomorrow to go and get a book as well as some shopping, it is my closest bookstore and I have to mostly buy online,
BUT i'm getting a book from my favourite series Laws of Magic by Michael Pryor and the book is Moment of Truth:astonished:
