New egg drags their ass to get you the UPC, but fill out the form and make sure you follow the instructions to the letter.

If that fails, try going to the support forums on the OCZ website, they usually work with you.

It was a pain in the ass dealing with OCZ, but I got the Reaper RAM and I like it.

This whole thing sounds a bit contradictory. First you say to take OCZ RAM no matter what (supposedly because its good). Then, the tone pretty much changes to "avoid them at all costs" as you talk about how difficult it is to deal with them. There are plenty of other RAM packages that are cheaper, better and bind you in a lot less red tape.
