German band the tags say "pop rock punk deutschrock ndw" it has some decent punk influence maybe not enough for this thread but they've got a good sound medium paced nice voice and she has a good slang in tracks like "No3 Raus" this slang is called "Berliner Schnauze" maybe you like?
I would like to recommend track 1 and 3 those are my faves.

It started in the early 80th where many bands made German songs instead the usual English singing all in German also it had a unique sound influenced by pop rock electronic and punk in some cases... this ended a few years later and pretty much died.[/spoiler]
