Well guys, I love punk... I love punk music A LOT.
so here is where i will be posting free punk!
dont worry, all music i post here will be free music.
I will also attempt to categorize it for you by making an index of sorts.

For people who truly enjoy the music, please donate to the artists who sacrifice all record sales to get their music out to the people. They are wonderful for that.

At the same time, some of the post i put up will have music that is only up for a limited time, so check back constantly, because you may miss a great album.

And, i put this into music discussion for a reason. If you really like an album, post why! But a warning, anyone who posts a "thanx grate albumz!" will be given an infraction. this thread is for legitimate discussion. if you like something i post, feel free to hit the thanks button!

And a last note, since the 70's, punk has diverged into several subcategories, so something that i post may not seem like punk you know. however, hopefully my description will give you a good idea of what you are getting into.

lately ive been listening to the suicide machines alot. ive love punk music i'm just disappointed that it is a fading style in America(i think so atleast)

im on a roll tonight, here's number 3 of the night!
this is a great band. they are not really a true punk band though. they are an indie punk rock band. there name is letmein, and their album is The Bag. They feature a variety of music, ranging from moderate to fast punk rock. The vocals are also great, not grungy, but not girlish like many of the "fake" punk bands out in the mainstream (BFMV anyone?). definitely worth a listen.

well heres a two for one day haha. this is a band i have been listening to for a while. The band is called Houdini Roadshow, and the album is titled Down in the City. This album features moderately paced music, with clear mid-west influences. Its not the best vocals ever, but they are definitely worth a listen.

This next album is by a personal favorite if mine. The album is Punk or Beat by the band The Minnesoti. It features fast and sloppy riffs, grungy vocals. basically everything that you can expect from a late 80's punk throwback band.

Well the next thing i am putting up is a single by the russian band stabella. this is a great single, but it is in russian! so if you speak russian and enjoy punk music similar to punkrap type bands, you will like this track.

This next album is a new album called "Punk it Up" by the band Just Like This. This album is very good, featuring a refreshing mix of fast paced instrumental songs and vocal songs. This band seems to be a throw back to early 90's punk, like green day when they started up.

Our first album is from the band Bad Lieutenants album titled "Born A Bad Seed"
The Album is filled with fast and abrasive. The music is filled with vocals that are, well frankly, to use Cole Faulkner words, it's tough as nails. The album also features sloppy guitar riffs. Well, here is the link for the download, enjoy!

The next band is a good punk rock and. They call themselves Homecoming kings and the album is called How to punkrock - lesson one". Their album is only 4 songs long, and two are in german. They clearly are a mix between bands like the ramones and blink 182. They feature a moderately paced style, with some sloppy riffs. Here is the album link

heres a new band i found. its quite good. the band is called Floppy Dee, and the album is Climate Change. This EP is only 4 songs long, but has about 12 minutes of music. They feature very original guitar riffs, or riffs that i havnt heard before. they range from slow to fast tempo in a single song, and they have a sound similar to blink 182, but maintain their own sound. definitely worth a listen for those who like pop punk
-Oh, and they do drop the f bomb a couple of times so for those who listen to the album for the first time, you may want to listen to it away from kids

here is a great country-punk band, probably the only one that i have found that i really enjoyed. The authors name is Alexander Hudjohn. His music has strong acoustic feel, and in fact features the acoustic guitar as the main instrument for most songs. the tempo for most songs tends to be on the slower side. i cant quite compare it to any other bands simply because i never really listened to country-punk. but, i did enjoy them. he offers his two albums for free.

here's a band from hungry. the band is called bankrupt, and the album is razor wires and neon lights. this band, for lack of another band to compare it to, is a mix between the ramones and sum 41, if you can imagine the kind of music that generates. for the most part, they have a moderately paced tempo. i hope you enjoy the album

Haha... you took my next post. But alright, here's a new one.
The band and album is called Dirty Bees.
They clearly have a heavy ska influence, but no worries, they are definetly punk. Imagine the rougher NOFX type vocals with Real Big Fish music.

well the next band comes from the UK.
they are called the reducers, and the album is welcome to the rock generation. This is a nice throwback to the older punk music of the mid 80's in england! nice vocals and dirty riffs make for an interesting mix
