TheWolf yup - DOS - the predesesor of all windows today!!! you had to type in commands back then [now you use a mouse and a gui]!!
TheWolf we'll get hollered@ for going off topic but: i'd take XP anyday! DOS was simpler and harder bcuz you had to know what you were doing - with XP you can look and play around - but DOS was super stable. i don't remember any DOS programs crashing until the first windows [which ran ON dos]. now for first games - the 1st mario on the Nintendo 8 bit system ... eh ... EH?!?!?!?

TheWolf actually another of my first games was the ORIGINAL tetris!!! i remember when that came out and i played it so long that when i went to a job interveiw - i could see the pieces falling in my brain and i couldn't focus on the interview!!!!!!!!!

hyper_shadow First game I ever played was sonic for the sega master system. Aaaah the good old days. Brings back floods of memories of old games. Flashback on the megadrive, time gal, night trap and sewer shark on the mega-CD. Good times.
ban_qaz that's a hard one. firtst game was pokemon blue on gameboy. but i had played mortal kombat street fighters in arcades and on sega before then (i think).
