Sounds like some pretty interesting ideas you put out. Well the idea of the world and characters your trying to create depends on whether or not it will be "serious" or "Comedic" in a sense. Personally I would like a mass outbreak of zombies and the characters could have a sort of chibi style hehe. They could use odd weapons like: I guess if it's a cat girl, she could use a giant frozen tuna fish as a weapon. I'm not sure how exactly you wish to create the world, whether it's sort of rpg like or something but, that's just a small idea I have. Now for the ability and skill sheet, I'm not certain on how you would go about creating that but here are the basics:
Strength
Speed
Jump
Stamina
Wisdom (This would basically be like intelligence, but in a casters case, their "strength")
Hmm, if it were in anyway like my idea, for example:
Character: Swordsmen/Striker
Weapon: Jack Knife
Skill: Accelerate (Gives him extreme speed), Shining Cut (Sharpens blade so that it may cut even the wind.)
Stats: (I guess 10 being the highest point)
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Strength: 8
Speed:6
Jump:7
Stamina:7
Wisdom:6
Edit: I guess age and gender would also be part of the sheet?
