i started this topic since no one realli responded to the death note thread but i'll start first i think the sadest anime is hanayori dango its kind...

since im not the only one, i cried watching sailormoon too.. when everyone died and she was left behind... a cried again when i saw it last year too...
besides sailormoon the only other anime that made me cry was naruto.. even the manga at times to be honest... what can i say? it has its moments and i hate to see the good die... i get teary when naruto is sad.. yes i have issues but hey. <3 naruto :P
oh, and clannad the movie... sigh

I don't often watch sad Animes, but I had to cry on Bleach: Memories of Nobody. The ending was sad.

i almost shed tears in Claymore...... and maybe a few other animes...... -.- hmmm, i might have gotten sad during naruto or bleach or pokemon or something, but i don't remember,:worried: but i've never actually cried.
manga is different, though -.- (i don't think i've posted here before....)

Air is one of the saddest anime. It really made me cry. also FMA in the last episode. It made go emotional T^T

Denno coil has some sad scenes that made me cry. I already finished watching it.

'5cm Per Second' and 'Voices of A Distant Star' both had very strong and sad story lines (heavy theme of loss) and i guess 'Kannon' also.

one of the most saddening parts of gunslinger girls made me upset, and put me close to crying. it was when i found out that one of the girls killed her handler because she did not feel loved. so yeah, that's one of the saddest parts of any anime i ever saw...
