Yeah I know. I felt the same way but that's all the more reason I regard it as the best ending in the series. To this date no game has given me a bigger emotional reaction. (Aside form the rage of playing online with hackers)

Agreed. I still play many of the classics. I mean to me there's still no replacement for games like Streets of Rage 2, Toejam and Earl and Eternal Champions. Also Evil Zone is pretty badass. Furthermore, my absolute favorite fighting game is Rival Schools: United by Fate. We seriously need a next gen version of that.

Yeah I would kill to play Rival Schools online that game was made for me (I still brag that I'm better than the creators) Most of my friends refuse to play me in that anymore. Ofcourse they use the excuse that it's too old while playing bloody roar 2:m-bata:

Hey That's all it would take to give me more energy. The coolest thing about that is when your opponent only hit you once or twice and they say "at least I didn't get perfected" then at the end of the match you use tiffany to heal yourself and get a perfect. (works in 3rd strike with elena and healing as well)

Man 10 years is about as long as I've had Rival schools. But unfortunately I never had my own copy of Evil Zone (leechded off a friend of mine) btw you're bringing back awesome memories with psychic force. However I couldn't play that game too hardcore because it suffered from the same problem as Rival Schools: Project Justice which is that I really despise the dreamcast controler. I mean the xbox d-pad is bad but at least when matches get hectic it doesn't cut your thumb.

Freakin thank you. Don't get me wrong I love FF7 but im tired of it getting hyped up as the best game in the series and while I personally give that title to FFX, 6 is definitely better than 7

This morning for a change of pace I went back and played Toejam and Earl on the genesis. Someone please tell me why that game not only holds up but kicks the ass of about half the games to come out in the last 10 years.

Oh man Symphony of the Night is godly. Definitely the best in the series if you ask me. It's a shame the newer versions cut out my favorite line "What is a man?". Aaaaahhh classic
