you should try reading Loius L'Amour's westerns. they ROCK!! they actually take you to where he's writing about!! you've prolly seen some movies based on his books if you've watched any westerns with Tom Selleck.

NO WAY!!! John Denver is who got me interested in the guitar!! i wanted to sing his songs! the other two were influences as well as Neil Young and Dan Fogelberg. i've actually written a number of Christian songs, if you'd be interested. i'd LOVE to read your poetry. i write Christian songs, but my wife writes Christian poetry. you can find a really good one here.
