that happens to me too, it somehow takes all the fun out of drawing. plus if your given deadlines its the worst coz i find i can can never do a good drawing if i have to rush it or if i'm under pressure.

Plus I don't know too many folks who feel comfortable sketching free hand with an ink pen:P Can't ever rush perfection bro... This work was done in only a few hrs? Shoot... I'd be lucky to get that much done in 8 lol:D

That dude's art is crazy in terms of realism but to be honest I enjoy your art more. Your style is pretty diverse and as I've said before it is really hard for me to find grafiti art that I like (everyone thinks they're a grafiti artist) so I'm definitely one of your fans.

By color codes you mean these? Web Color Chart - Hexadecimal - by VisiBone
In that case:

Green: 99FF66/66FF33
Pink: FF99FF/FF00FF
Blue: 33CCFF/6633FF

Use those for clothes, and for skin just use a normal light skin color :)
