i use photoshop. im not good enough to do them from my head, so students give me pictures of them and i draw them on photoshop.

(and yes, i get VERY lazy with my backgrounds....)
edit: i forgot to mention, if you want me to, send me a picture of you, and i'll draw it for free. my only requirements are that the bodys and faces are close up and there is adequate lighting. (I suck at background which is why i was very happy with the referance picture where there is the guy with two girls, made life SOOOO easy)
