Help in Final Fantasy Versions

So this a Site I found NDS Final Fantasy Roms

it has all the FF games for the DS

So what I need to know is to which one to download...
Because I heard that there are Versions which have extra content

So I Need to know which versions are them for the games on that site

PS: not really needed to know but I am using them on the R4DS Card... I don't think that will be a matter in the versions but, if anything helps.

There should be written if they have extra content, if not, then there isn't any.

On that site it wasn't written that extra content is available for any of the games.
So there could be a version with the extra content but not mentioned
If anyone has played the euro and usa versions could they please tell me the differences in them.
The link is in my first post. All the Final Fantasy DS games are there.
