first you'll have to select the render's skin parts, and that means by either using a lasso tool, magentic tool, or pen tool (pen's probably the best one but also the longest amount of time), then while still on the same layer, duplicate it by ctrl+J. Now on that layer you can do many things. You can
- fill the layer with whatever color you want and then use the blending mode or opacity to your liking
- use Photo Filter (Image > Adjustments > Photo Filter) make sure Perserve Luminousity is set on; again, you can use either whatever color you want or use one of their filters. The Density feature will give more or less color, or is used as a Brightness/Contrast. Use blending modes or opacity as you like
