To be honest I have nothing against Pain/Pein/That weird eyed dude with piercings, but I do have something against that emo kid...but you gotta admit, he's got skillz >.>
I miss Itachi though :( he was cool...
I wonder when we'll see Madara in action, do you think he'll fight Naruto first or Sasuke? (or maybe the two of them will team up against Madara)

well madara isnt as strong as he used to be..or so its suggested.. yet he is a devious manipulator (look at emo kid).. i believe emo kid will kill madara - because of itachi's wish/guidance about it or smt like that.. he left the deal of madara behind..he didnt kill him cause he was too weak .. so he was hoping sasuke would.. and then i believe (all i do is believing and not seeing..seriously.. tsk) its gonna be emo vs naruto.. cause he is an imbassil.
emo wanna go in konoha.. find naruto stading over the ashes (what ever is left of konoha).. naruto will go on a raving rampage and rip the emo to pieces. :D

I don't mind Itachi having been a good guy. He was a badass anyway.
And you have the same taste as me, I also like everyone in Akatsuki, except for Deidara >.> (Maybe if he was a woman, I wouldn't have had a problem with him).

I wonder if Naruto would ever go 9-tails, maybe toward the end of the story? 9-tails gets separated and naruto fights him/it and wins, and so he becomes the hokage for defending the village from the 9-tails.

Yeah, but the seal is becoming weaker and weaker.
But if he could actually master the fox' powers he would be much stronger than the 8-tails.

It's too bad we never got to see (most of) the other ones. Just a special page with all of them on it :/ But it was a cool page XD (don't know if you've seen it or not).

Btw, if you go to Japan to teach Kishi a lesson or two, can you give me a ticket as well? XD

I'm actually looking forward to what Konohamaru can do, I'm sure he'll be a great ninja. I think Naruto has taught him the kage bunshin no jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique).

Yeah, perhaps. I think the Konohamaru that suddenly jumped to talk to Pain/Pein is a kage bunshin and is meant to be a distraction.

Yeah, and we already know that he can do the sexy no jutsu. And the rasengan would take way too long for him to learn...besides...he needs to learn how to make kage bunshins first before he can use rasengan.

Anyway, actually I got the idea that he isn't dead yet from this chapter. The fact that Tsunade didn't say anything, but told him to hurry, suggests that he's not dead yet, but could die any second now and she sees little hope for him.

Yes, the story did progress which was good. Unfortunately at the same time, not much happened on any side.

We did see some people with skills and the different clans though.
Finally we get to see Gai and Lee kick some ass (don't like Neji, he's too arrogant).

I think it's obvious that Pain knows Tsunade, since he was one of Jiraiya's students afterall, but it somehow seems he's got a grudge against them...Though I wouldn't know why.
I wonder if he was the actual reason that Orochimaru left Akatsuki, fearing for his life.

I simply refuse to believe that he's dead. Besides, he's having some conversation with his dad...why would he have a conversation if he's going to die anyway?
I hope Lee will kick a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot of ass (at least one of Pain's asses) :D
In one of the manga chapters they did mention why Orochimaru left, though I don't remember exactly...However, if Pain has a grudge againt the 3 ninjas, then he might have wanted to get rid of Orochimaru as well...
Then again, he might just want to get Naruto's whereabouts from Tsunade, since she's the highest authority in the village.

And what the hell's up with one-eye? We haven't seen much of him lately.
