Let us know about your finest hour in any game(s) you have played. The thread is constant so you can keep posting your underdog comebacks all the time. Here are a couple of mine:

Battlefield 2: Killed 5 enemy soldiers in under 10 seconds within one pistol clip (online).

America's Army: Only one left alive after a round with 4 enemies remaining. Killed them and won the round by moving around the map behind their backs. This is significant because everyone knows how hard it is to survive in AA.

There are some others but I forget. I want to hear your war stories (or Super Smash Bros. miracles or something). Whatever suits your tastes. :)

Beat Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest, while the TV went out.

I put Dracula's remains on the altar, he appeared, the picture tube went out, and I whipped and whipped and beat him.

Problem is I didn't see which ending I got.

I beat the original HALO on legendary mode. Hard as hell, but a funny ending.

I once passed GoldenEye on the N64 while high as a kite on some very strong weed.

I laughed the whole time.

I can't play drunk for some strange reason.

I tried with hitman, and kept getting killed on the drug dealer level.

I got 'em all. Even the text based original Softporn.

But Larry is all about the guy. And hookers in LSL will mess you up.

I'm thinking of a game based on a GTA engine, only from the POV of one of the ladies of the night.

I got to the last boss in Fester's Quest, only to die one hit from defeating him.

I know this because we both died at the same time.

What was my reward you may ask? I was respawned to the starting point. And had to go through all the mazes and sewers all over again.

Suffice to say I was pissed, and kicked the power button. Since then I have never touched Fester's Quest, pissed on it sure, but never touched.

Back in those days, there were no in game saves.

You died in a decent spot, tough s***. You either had to have the passcode or save after you died.

I actually passed ET on the atari2600.

The game is landfill now, but it's nice to know I have one secret buried.

I'm playing all the freebies on Gametap. I passed Psychonauts and Second Sight.

I'm working on Hitman, Deus Ex, and Tomb Raider.

Single handedly killed 6 opponents in GunZ while all my teammates were dead. (Though it took me a long time, cuz I was hiding and stuff and lured them in one at a time...)

In COD4 i kill one round 7 guys a knife :P..

I pass Metal Gear Solid 1 & 3 undying.

And Nintendo 8bit i beat Megaman 3 undying too :P

I won full deck in Yu-Gi-Oh! Joey, and more than 2/3 in the other two (yugi and kaibas revenge). :D

Isn't that a good achievement? btw, IF you played Joey and you got only 7 stars, try to check "Full power of chaos card deck" and you can have up to 9 stars.
