As you guys know it the forum a bit dull so I was thinking why not make a few nice banners. The problem is that I don't have the skills for it. So everyone...

i just finished watching darker than black that's why I was inspired to make the banner.. I put the blue glow to make it look like he's activating his power.. or something like that.. i'll go make an intro now so as not to invite any more off-topic comments...........lol...
