I seen both your pics, I must say you got some talent (I tried to draw myself and I failed miserably).
Altough you recognize the proportions on the first pic aren't really accurate (head/body), you added some detail to the girl's uniform, and it looks really good, her hair style gives her a cute and innocent look, and... you like big boobs, don't you?
Your shade effect is also really good, it would be very different without it.
Now the Sora... I played the game several times and several hours, and Halloween Town was one of my favorite areas, I must say his looks are pretty accurate,
you said the proportions weren't good, however in the game, Sora really has uber huge feet :p
