ok a little tutorial for it
first draw a whide bow like a upsidedown "U"
than draw a little line a half finger below it "-"
then make the eye between the top of the U ent the bottom of the line.
thats it
don't forget to give the eye light effect
and give it eyebrows and eyelashes
youre now done
