Board games!

What kind of board games do you like to play and would you like to play with others here? :)

I like to play:
Chess, go, checkers, gomoku, connect four, backgammon.

If you ever want to play any of these with me, just give me a shout :) I love board games. (And I don't mind losing, so if you're a Go genius or something, please do challenge me, even though I suck at it)

I suck at some of the games I named above, but whatever, they're fun! :D

Yeah, I know that it's a game about farming, but it's a fun strategy game that does not go into too much detail.:)

My students used to play that a lot a few years back.

Hahaha, I can definitely relate to that one.
Though chess can also be a stress reliever at times. Just a casual friendly game from time to time (of which you're sure you're going to win) :P

ahh yes monopoly my childhood favor game. now i like Chess.. and for cardgames i like Yu-Gi-Oh!

I'm an avid chess player. Rated slightly below 2000 in FIDE.

I also like to play Go, which is kind of funny since I am probably at the advanced beginner level, roughly 15k, but on KGS somehow I am ranked 2d.

I like most board games, just those two that I like more than the others.

Yup, I play it for few years on my PC. In the last one (joey I think) I got all cards, and 2/3 in each Kaiba and Yugi. Sometimes, I play it with tomoko in school. It is good, like chess(had not play it for many years :(:( )

I believe yu-gi-oh have is more like 'magic the gathering' than chess. and I played it until 2 years ago with my little brother(because he loves it).

I like Go, chess, and monopoly....I always have a luck factor playing this games, remember not skill only luck:blush2:

Well I like Chess and I am starting to have an affinity for Go (Even though I bet I'm bad at it).
I don't get anyone to play with me for either so A game would be nice once in a while.
