I really like fruits basket, hana yori dango(boys over flowers), hana kimi and ouran highschool host.. they all make me laugh and I like the romantic side of those stories too. I really enjoyed the anime of skip beat, but somehow the manga seem less powerless(makes me laugh less, but I've only read it until the third book). Berserk is something which makes me curious, I've only watched a couple of eps of the anime(still going on watching it :P but quite busy).
I'm also following angel sanctuary(more serious), loveless, neon evangelion genesis and angelic layer(non serious but okay). But I think I like the seriousness more in my non-manga books and in anime in stead of in manga. But well I'm not that experienced yet with reading a lot of manga :P so maybe my opinion will change
