You dont need to guess...that is correct. Public transport in Europe is the best in the world, with high quality trams, buses and other things (plus its cheap too, judging from my visit to Vienna, Austria).
Yes, we have quite good quality public transportation here.
Since Holland is such a small countries, a lot of people take their bike, bus and/or train to work.
We only have trams and subways in a few large cities, though the trams are coming to more and more cities these days (or planning to).
But let's get back on topic.
