I would recommend Death Note and Gantz for manga, because there's some stuff in there which wasn't in the anime (especially Gantz, the manga still ongoing, while the anime has already ended).
And if you like Naruto, you should definitely read the manga!
The anime is too slow, the manga is much faster :D
