Thats hard to believe Vash, considering that the paper used for USDs is prohibited from being used by anyone but the government. Of course, it is cotton, but its specially synthesized and pressed with machines only available to the Treasury of the US. The best a counterfeiter could do is recreate the exact look of the dollar, but they could never replicate all the defense features.
