Reason: My brother's friend gave him the dvds to watch, but I watched them instead.
Did it become one of my favorites: Yes, I enjoyed it a lot and it became my favorite anime :D

That is a old anime. I heard there was a sequel of it around 1997-1999 but the old anime is from 1967 wasen't it?

My first anime was Pokemon, and it was fun but the first anime that got me addicted was Bleach.

My first anime was Speed Racer, my second anime came in the form of a video game.

There was a video game that used cartoon clips like Dragon's Lair, only this one was called Cliff Hanger.

It wasn't until years later, I found out the clips were from Castle of Cogliostro. A Lupin film, that even got high praise from Spielberg.

Canada, and YTV is the only Station that has a decent amount of Anime in this country

They hardly show any anime on tv in The Netherlands =(
