Hahaha, welcome back @u4ria how is life treating ya? I merged FTP-Anime with a anime and movie database project I'm working on that is what's happening. ;)

Im ok Thanks RJ medically retired now so i have lots of time on my hands. Dropped in the IRC channel a few times when i was in #nibl grabbing some animu to say hi but alas everyone was idle or sleeping. As for the sites bud its looking good ill have a good look around when i have some free time from being dragged around the shops by wife.

Well @GhostHeLL and @Quirk are still around here sometimes. I'm trying to get things active again and make this site also use full to the anime and movie community. Hopefully more people will keep joining.

I am doing some training that takes me away from the internet for half of the week, and I don't use my internet as much as I used to.

Once I get a job, I might not come back online for some weeks or months until I get internet where I am staying.

I am up-skilling to find work , so that is half a week of being in another city. Then when I get a job, hopefully, I will be moving to another city and I won't be having any internet there unless I get it installed and pay for it myself....

So yeah might be no internet for some time. I don't know until I get a job and I don't know where that will be.

@Quirk I was wondering the same. What are you doing for work and where do you live? It feel like you have to work hard for your job.

So I am doing an Aged Care Course, plus a Disability course.
Basically I am looking to work in the aged care industry, whether it be in a nursing home, in community care or some other facet of aged care.
There are heaps of jobs in the aged care industry and since I have a slight fatigue problem, I can't work full time.
So I need a decent paying part time job. And aged care offers that, besides I like the idea of helping people and having a job that actually matters. I figure if I am spending a large portion of my life working, I may as well work in a job that matters.

I live in country Victoria in Australia. I live in a small town on my parents small farm. I travel 50 kilometres to stay at my sisters during the course and travel from there to the city which is about 70 kilometres one way.

So I do over 500 kilometres a week just do to the course. And petrol is expensive in Australia. Around $1.40 a litre(though that is lower than the usual price.). So if I brought a gallon of petrol it would cost me around $5.30.

Aside from that boring aside. I am playing X Rebirth and enjoying it. I am also sucking less at Hearthstone.

What are you peoples up to?

@Quirk I think it's awesome that you are learning for aged care. Here in the Netherlands there is a lack of people that are willing to do so.

My vacation is over so I have to work again. Luckily I don't mind since I quite enjoy my job.

I keep wanting to get back into the x series, but those games require such a time commitment!!! How do you like hearthstone? I hear its a nice card game, something akin to magic but requiring a lower entry point in regards to accessibility? How exactly does it work?

Hearthstone can be fun, and very frustrating when you have massive losing streaks.
I am not sure what you know about the game, so I will bang on about what I know.
So you start the game, make a battle.net account, which doesn't take long. You receive a general pack of cards that all classes can use, and when you level up the respect classes you receive class specific cards that only that class can use.
Each class has a special ability that costs 2 mana crystals. Most of the special abilities are equal in damage or use.
Each card has attack, defence and mana crystal cost.
On the first round you only have one mana crystal, on the second you have two crystals to spend, on the third you have three. On it goes until you have ten crystals, the maximum number.
Attack does what it sounds like.
Defence is different from games like Yu-gi-oh. When a creature of 2 attack hits a creature of 4 defence, the struck creature receives 2 damage and only possesses 2 defence from then on. But the defending creature's attack will also hit the attacker. So if a 2 Attack with 2 Defence card hits a 2 Attack with 4 defence card, the attacker is destroyed and the defender lives on with 2 defence.

The game is free, though if you want to be competitive in the arena or ranked play early on, you need to spend real money to buy card packs. You can earn in game gold to buy these packs, but it can take some time. I am content to earn the gold slowly in game as the card packs are random and spending money on a pack of cards that might give you cards you already have is too rich for me.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've always been a little hesitant to buy things with real money when it comes to online things. Especially card games. I'll drop money on magic cards because I know that if they ever stop supporting it I can still play with others who have the cards. When it comes to electronics if they stop supporting the game there's not much to be done about it. I may need to check it out. Thanks for the description!

I spent about 3 hours the other night just answering 2 questions....
Argh.

Can't wait for it all to be over and for me to be working. Then I can get back into my usual habits of having leisure time.

I started playing Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z, briefly(I don't have that much spare time sadly). The game is a cross between Deadpool and the last Ninja Gaiden game, which I both really liked. I saw the game had bad reviews, but honestly I am having fun with the humour and gameplay.

I think I might buy a PS4 in a couple of months, once I have a job. There are some cool games coming out that I want. The Order, Blood Bourne, Mortal Kombat X and a couple more.

I have both new consoles (ps4 and xbox1) and I kinda regret the Xbox. But they both have their benefits I guess. Ps4 doesn't get the new magic games which is disappointing.
If you do get the ps4 let me know and we can play!

Sure, it will be cool to play some games online. Though I am mostly a single player dude, but many of the new games are becoming online only.

I will be on even less for a month or so. I am starting placement for my courses and I will be away from the internet for most of the time. If I get a job straight away, I will be away for longer.
Only once I get a job and have some job security will I get internet put on my new place, as well as get a PS4.
