How's the city track. any new self videos, maybe your son can help you film them.
Hopefully he doesn't follow you in your footsteps (you see what I did there ;) ) at a young age, as its quite a dangerous life style. (you see a bench.. you just have to fight the urge of jumping over it, rather than walk beside it XD)
If all comes to fall; the worse you could do is, open up a training class (martial arts, parkour, etc) and hope for consistent students (who don't sue you if they aren't good enough in the art and keep getting hurt) :)
I said "worse", because its a risky move. You need money to lease a place and keep paying rent (depending on how you got the area) and then you have to rely on customers/students to register and stay for the full course; to get back the money you spent in opening up and advertisement, before you could start earning profits.
