What was your best anime season ever?

Basicly you just take a look at all the air times of your favorite shows.
For me it would be:

Fall 2012:

Hiiro no Kakera dai ni Shou 10/10
Shin Sekai Yori 10/10
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun 10/10
Zetsuen no Tempest 10/10
Code:Breaker 10/10
Sukitte Ii na yo 10/10
Psycho-Pass 10/10

For me it doesn't get any better than that season
I had romance, I had fantasy, I had sci-fi, mystery, bishounen, ...
I had everything I wanted out of anime that season
:D

Downside is I hated the past season, my current score for that one is still 10,
but I'm only watching 1 show (Chihayafuru 2)

For me, it was Spring of 2007, which included many series that I just absolutely loved:

Bokurano (awesome story!)
Toward the Terra (Space opera)
Kaze no Shoujo Emily (based on a famous novel)
Seirei no Moribito (Really solid fantasy series)
Saiunkoku Monogatari II (Very good show about politics)
Darker than Black (Series about people with really unique powers)
Oh Edo Rocket (Tongue in cheek comedy about fireworks)
Dennou Coil (Great science fiction children's drama with gorgeous animation)
El Cazador de la Bruja (awesome soundtrack, about a bunch of people travelling through Mexico)

Close second and third are Spring of 2006 and Fall of 2008.
