The one that I'm looking forward to the most is by far Shingeki no Kyojin. I've read a small part of the manga, and the action is just fantastic, and they've got the director of Death Note and Kurozuka to helm everything.
Also, the flowers of Evil is very high on my list for being a really disturbing drama. And it's got the director of Mushishi behind it :3
