i really miss the fun i've had with the many friends i made here! @ .@ rj even made an effort to revive it -
but the will wasn't there. oh well ... :kanashii:

everyone stopped welcoming and encouraging new members - that was one of the problems.

Maybe some day I will update FTP-Anime or merge it into a different project like an anime information site. But unless people start helping out with making new discussions and threads there is nothing I can do :)

True true I say your kinda right mark_San that Facebook has taken alot of people,b/c most people want to talk over a large audience. However,I still believe that you'll get a more worthwhile conversation on a forum then on Facebook especially since you use a username on a forum instead of your real name. But that's just me. I think FTP.anime just needs to steal traffic from other crappy anime sites lol (I don't know how though :m-tabako: (and I suck at starting discussions example: Has Obama ever been in any anime or manga? ))

Hi chronofox nice to see another old member posting a little.

Not sure wolf I mean its one point but in general the people out there don't seem to be interested that much these days to put some time and effort into posting on websides/communities.

And probably pages like facebook grab all humans who show some activity in the web and involve them so to say.

The rest are leechers who do nothing which needs interacting, with the exception of typing captchas laughs

Well spoken and hi there GhostHeLL buddy. Good point everything loses the freshness or the capability to interest the people so they switch to other stuff.

People generally get bored soon and tend to move on. I never was into facebook and never will be I'm an old fashion dude and prefer even the communication with e-mail hardly ever use any messenger service laughs. But dudes like me are dinosaurs and about to die, so we see what the future brings and where the people tend to run to.

Remember the time before the internet and I still do offline gaming infact I never do onlinegaming not a fan of the idea to pay monthly to be able to play a game but that's worthy of a different thread.
