Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou
Incredibly funny anime about the 'normal' lives of three high school boys.
Also I would recommend Gintama, also many of the voice actors in Gintama are in Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou.
Fairy Tail is also light hearted, I think it tries to be serious, but it is a nice piece of fun.
I like all those series and they make me laugh and such. Though I think they are more shonen, so not sure if you will like them as much
