Hey bro...hate to be a downer but, the Bill that allows Homeland Security to do pretty much whatever they want is also unconstitutional, but it was rushed through and signed. I believe it finally lapsed due to the "sundown" clause that was added, BUT that didn't happen until well after Obama took over the Presidency, and while it should have been repealed as one of his first acts, it wasn't!
A LOT of things have been happening that are not Constitutional...and while so many people think "it couldn't happen here", they forget that things like this HAVE happened, all over the world, throughout history! I'm sure many different nationalities that thought genocide could never happen were shocked before being shot, gassed, etc., and/or dumped in mass graves, like happens in Africa, the Middle East, etc.
Censorship and book burning could never happen....but it did in German, and Russia.
Secret military and police forces could never exist...until the KGB, the CIA, the Mossad.........
Just because something SOUNDS improbable or even impossible, does not make it so....in fact, that it's been thought up at all makes it all the more dangerous!
And yeah...I'm sure I sound paranoid, but...history has shown that these things do happen, and mainly because people don;t stand up for themselves, or sit by passively because they DON'T think it will happen...until after the fact!
Just like it's too late for anyone to whine about Obama now...it's too late, he was in for 4 years, he screwed up a lot, and now all anyone can do is vote for the Republican candidate, because people are too scared to vote outside established parties, because he's the only one who can beat Obama...which is sad, because it appears to be Romney, and IMO, the guy lost in his OWN STATE...that doesn't say much for him! They know him better than the rest of the country, but once again the GOP gives us a crappy choice, and people just vote for the lesser of the 3 evils....
