I apologize in advance if this topic isn't in the appropriate section. I'm never quite sure where anything goes since the topic could be broader, in any case I was hoping some one can help answer some questions I have about Ebay.
Before I ask I should probably give some details on what I want to do. I want to purchase an artbook that is being sold by a vendor that resides in Japan. On the vendor's page, they talk about taxes or additional fees that I would possibly have to pay since this is being imported.
Now my question is, are there any additional fees I have to pay besides the shipping & handling that the vendor requests? And if there are do I include them in the initial payment or do I have to visit my post office to pay the fees or something?
This is the first time I'm attempting to purchase something from ebay, so any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. :bow:
