About: The day was March 4th, 20XX. Technology has stagnated, with no major technological advance since 2010. However, somewhere in the small city of Rasseless, in the small country of X, an evil presence is felt. And, one day, with no warning, Zombies began to come out of the woodwork. They seemingly began their assault on the hopeless citizens.
Rules:
Create a realistic character. The zombies might have magical elements to them, but you are a regular person.
Choose a starting area: The off limits areas for a spawn are Blue Mountain Hunting areas and Chron areas, and the police HQ. The army recruitment center is open for spawn.
However, if you are a policeman, then the police HQ is open for spawn.
Weapons: Anything that you can find! Be reasonable though. No dual chainsaws attached to a long pole, as cool as that sounds.
On the topic of weapons, firearms are available, however, the sound would attract the zombies in a confined space, so use them reasonably. Also keep in mind that ammunition would be limited, we are in a peaceful city.
Empty Buildings: Anytime you see an empty building on the map, it is a warehouse, so be creative in what you find there. However, keep it realistic.
Zombies: For this RP, the zombies that we will be using are Resident Evil type zombies. That means slow, stumbling zombies. This does not mean that they will stay this way forever. Why this is, and how, will be up to the players to find out. There will also be special zombies that will show up from time to time. See below for more details on the matter.
Misc. Rules: You are a human, and so you need to follow the basic rules of survival. Food, water, breathable air, and other related things are important!
Staff Members: Staff members will throw in the occasional special zombie. These will be put in with the purpose to make an easy situation a bit more difficult. The zombies will also be unique to the situation, so be prepared for some interesting encounters. Staff members will also be in charge of choosing objectives with the purpose of advancing the storyline. The players do not need to follow the objective, but if you guys want to, it WILL allow us to reveal more about the underlying story.
That's that, and have fun!
