I love the people here as well. And it is an inherent problem with any website that allows open enrollment to have some language that is sub-par. However, that does not mean you should look down upon them. But that is a simple digression for the original point. This is an anime website, not a hentai website, to to regress to a previous point, there are many places for hentai.
The fact of the matter is the owner of the website made a decision based on several factors, and that is something everyone needs to respect. As akiba said, I liked that section as well, but this site has become a regular part of my life, and I don't think I'll leave it. However, if any users feel that they don't know where to go for hentai, they can send me a PM and I will gladly reply with a couple of good hentai devoted forums and streaming websites.

It's not like there's nowhere else you can go to get your fix, but take it from one of the main contributors of that genre when I say I got tired of seeing the same stuff I posted later on and mostly by bots that flooded this forum.
It's tougher to stay in touch with folks here since everyone's on a different timezone/ some of the older members have moved on/ most everyone has a life outside this forum - but there are still many daily contributors to this forum who make life interesting here.
So as tempted I was to delete your initial post for the poor choice of language, I'll let it slide by saying you're not the only one who feels that way, but this forum keeps chugging along despite the loss we incurred from the recent purge, and it'll stay that way:)

Omg I've been away for too long once again...
I haven't checked in for a while...
A lot has happened to me the past month...

This forum isn't dead at all, at worst it's just in a hibernating state.
When summer draws near a lot of people have other stuff on their hands.
We experienced it before haven't we?

I used to be a regular until I got involved in other stuff.
Right now I'm a timer for our fansub group.
With my interest in fansubbing awakened, I've also joined some other groups.
So that has been taking up most of my time lately.
(I'm still working on trying to find a balance for my online time / real life time)

I'm one of those members that barely anyone shares a time zone with.
Yay for GMT+1...
So most of the time when I'm online not that many others are.
I'll have to find a nice time frame to spend my daily half an hour here...

Problem is, same goes for the fansub. God I hate time zones :(

I've noticed the lack of activity as well from posters, myself included. I would be lying if I said I wasn't sad the hentai section went down, but that isn't the main reason for why I joined in the first place. It's just nice being able to talk with people who don't have their minds completely in the gutter or their noses pointed so high up they forgot what anime is about in the first place. Yep, it's definitely the people here that got me to join.

For the most part, my lack of posts lately is a result of cramming at the last minute and all-night study sessions. And give or take a few hours of playing video-games when I should have been finishing up that essay...

For me the discussions here just seem to young. There are threads on which anime character is the strongest or which has the best opening. These threads are at best good for one post and at worst used for grade school arguments based on personal preference. Other than that there's a bunch of random stuff you could get anywhere.

This site has simply failed to distinguish itself to me. There are a few great personalities here but the topics are things you could find elsewhere in more active forums. I never came here just to download stuff which I now guess is this forums main purpose. This place is part jr High and part graveyard.

It's strange because I come here to communicate with some cool fans but never really have anything to say to them.
