How would you define "strongest"? Physical power, meta-physical abilities, metal capacities, or overall ability to win fights/confrontations?

What about Orichimaru? Sure he is probably dead by now but his first defeat only happened by damaging his soul and destroying the use of his arms and that was only temporary

What about Alucard from Helsing? Especially the manga version, the big bad basically started a war just to kill him, and even then it took the uncertainty principle to make him fade away, and that just kept him busy for 30 years

strongest anime character is Pikachu! Who else has gone through an absurd amount of seasons battling all the way to the end with his trainer Ash that seems to have come across the fountain of youth because the guy has never aged a lick... Pikachu should be like level 100000000000000 by now!

I think Aang from Avatar The Last Airbender is pretty powerful. He has control all 5 elements, which is impressive to say the least. Especially since fire is suppose to be the most unruly of the 5 elements. He'd definitely kick butt in Naruto lol.

Orochimaru isnt necessarily strong in my opinion. I mean if you want to talk about strong. The Rikudo Sage was able to create a moon to trap the 10 tailed beast inside. I would say he is far stronger than Orochimaru. Besides Orochimaru relies more on his jutsus than his skills. Even Yujiro Hanma was able to stop an earthquake by merely punching the ground. That's just insane strength lol.

I would have to say Sephiroth... If he had his hands on materia he would kill even Goku, no doubt. He'd cast death on Goku or even summon bahamut or the others all at once.

Raiden from MGS4. The guy is overpowered because he stopped the patriots submarine from crushing Snake and he was missing an arm. That guy is the strongest cyborg I've ever seen so far.

But for anime I'd have to say Shō Fukamachi in Guyver in it's Gigant Armor.
