Who Would Win in a Fight?

Yes folks it's the ultimate question that always crops up at some point between otakus. 'It's the who would win between.....' argument. Here's how it's gonna work. Every week I'll come up with a fight between 2 anime/manga characters. Then over the course of the week we'll all discuss the fight. Then after the dust settles we'll choose a winner based on the arguments. You might need to watch some new (or old) anime to find out about some of these characters, so have fun and watch something you may not have watched before :)

So let's get started.

So here's some classics to kick it off:

Who would win in a fight between Spike Spiegel (Cowboy Bebop) and Gene Starwind (outlaw star)?

Spike Spiegel will win...for me haha. Mainly his one of my fav character and he can do martial arts like Bruce Lee! Not to mention Cowbow Bebop have Faye Valentine :inlove:

I'm sticking with kenshin all the way. Pure, out and out awesome. I mean come on, in the OVA he takes such a pasting from all those ninjas and still destroys them.

That said, you end up with an awesome possessed super swordsman......

It would be an awesome fight.

Still, after seeing some guy almost get evaporated from sheer awesome technique, I'm with Hiko. Now that is absolutely cool.

Here's a decent bout.

Who do you reckon would win in a fight between Fist of the North Stars' Kenshiro and DBZs Goku (pre Super Sayajin other wise you're talking ridiculously unfair lol).

Fair points and I am also a Goku man, through and through. Flip side is, Kenshiro has amazing durability also and is pretty much immune to pain. Also like Goku he gets tougher as the fight progresses, they both seem to increase in power levels as the fight goes on. Kenshiro is also capable of ki based attacks and the deadly arts of Hokuto Shinken.

Goku still has his flying ability, which would cause major disadvantage to Ken though. I'm pretty sure it would come down to who'd had their weetabix that day.

Fair point on the Genki Dama (pretty much always the fight ender lol).

That having been said, in the early stages Goku used to spend ages charging up energy for the spirit bomb. I think Kenshiro would be able keep him under pressure to stop him charging.

Still think goku would pull it out at the last moment.

Here's one I've always wondered.

A fight between Gogeta and Vegeto. Both technicially the same person but each different in fighting approach (one of them even gets turned into a ball of coffee candy). Dilemma is, you see Gogeta powered up to SSJ4 and Vegeto only ever is seen up to SSJ2. However, Vegeto is a more complete fusion from the potara earrings and Gogeta would only last a short while (even shorter when super powered up to SSJ4). What do you think folks?

well, Luffy, even at best, is still rather "mortal"....and even rubber can be stretched too far,lol!

It would be between Naruto and Ichigo..... and still very tough. Naruto in "strongest form" would probably have to include that 9tail fox....isn't that some sort of god/demon spirit? And Ichigo ...hmmmm.... he fights that stuff on a regular basis, travels around with the whole Soul Society thing.... still....

I think those two would probably kill each other or fight to a stand-still, both have strengths and weaknesses that basically counter each other, IMO at least.
