Winter time is the best cuz they dress most pretty. lol. Its nt easy to take photos of them. There's alot of people walking abt (higher chance they spot u...) though if they spot you, they wun say anything though. Prolly just stare. I went to hokkaido via Tokyo at new year eve, hehe, wuld have loved to take some secret photos... xD lol?
