Looking for a sad ballad song

Hey guys. I'm looking for a song that is sad and soft. kinda like a ballad. I don't think it was featured in any anime. It's sung by a woman and not ayumi hamasaki or hikaru utada. This song was probably out before 2003. haha...

I hear it a lot and it's stuck in my head. I dont remember any of the lyrics though...

Jolin Tsai (A good song from her called "Hao Xiang Ni" Which I think is Mandarin for "Missing You")
Kelly Sweet ( One song that I liked from her is called "Now we are one")
Zhou Wen Xuan (She's just great, there is a song she did with a guy named Gary Gao Ge called liang shan bo yu zhu li ye which I think means "Romeo and Juliet" in chinese)
