I wouldn't advise you to use an emulator for ps2 mate. Pretty much every emulator I've ever tried has been really unstable and glitchy plus it's nigh onimpossible to find one that will work with all ISOs. Some just can't handle the amount of data that needs pushing through em(not every PS2 disc is the same).
Best bet is get an old PS2 (one of the originals, the big fat chunky ones) and burn your ISOs to DVD and run them like that.
Though to be fair I don'tmuch see the point in that either since you can get great PS2 titles now for around 50p-£2 from most game stores and a PS2 is worth about £20 tops.
