In this movie only depp and Rush shall be coming back amongst other smaller parts, they will be both going for the fountain of youth. So i think they will fight each other again when they can't die, like in the first.
As for Underworld 4, we need some cool and tough Lycans and vamps to combat the crappy Twilight ones

[COLOR=black]Screenwriter[/COLOR] [COLOR=black]John Hlavin[/COLOR] says the movie will not be a prequel. [COLOR=black]The Shield[/COLOR] writer John Hlavin has been hired to write a sequel, with [COLOR=black]Len Wiseman[/COLOR] directing.
