Hentai Section?

Is the hentai section of the forum going to be deleted?.

No we will delete the Hentai section because I never intended FTP-Anime go hentai related.

Also I'm getting a lot of takedown notices on the hentai more than I can handle. These are the reasons.

I will implement a new system for sharing and a new design to make up with that change :)

I want to thank you that you guys are so positive. I hope the new system will be great and I will be showing some nice new designs soon. (the staff already seen them).

The only reason why I can keep up with this site is because I love my members and I will continue to do so. I hope we will grow really big some day and be able to share anime legally.

I'm planning to license anime and distro it for free some day. (if that would be possible).

As I always like to say: Let's go forward to our bright future and learn from our past!

Lol, these companies that are threatening you with takedown notices RJ are really showing their character, to a hilarious level might I add. No takedown notices for regular anime, which most here I dont need to remind people is very much illegally posted, but rather they give you notices only for the hentai....porn sells I suppose. Protect the profit margin. Anyways, I dont quite care for the hentai section myself, as I mostly try to moderate the non-anime related forums while letting other people take care of it. That doesnt mean I dont post in them or share peoples interests. Moderating them is just a bitch, thats all. Whatever is done will be done. The show must go on. I just hope that in the end, we can prosper just a little more than we have in the past. Cheers.

I started my thread here just because I have a passion for it and wanted to share what I've enjoyed for what seems like ages (and a little under 400,000 visits later) everyone who was a fan seemed to agree with my tastes:happy:
But it kinda sucks to see the same stuff I see on my thread posted multiple times by 10 different ppl using some crappy, multi-link share site just to make some dough(Anyone who knows Megaupload knows you won't make any money if you keep your files @ their original size:D).
And it was nowhere as bad as it is now back when I first started posting here, so I don't have a problem taking some of the blame... But we do want to encourage people to be involved in forum discussions about a common passion which is ANIME (And yes I believe hentai is a part of anime, admittedly a small niche compared to the purists who won't even discuss it, but still:P), which is why I'm backed rjd in this decision.
It's not about money or the number of hits we get from our hentai section, but the fact that folks can get lost in discussions about OST, fan art, General discussions, etc. and not just see 10-20 members logged on leeching links and then going on their merry way.
We just hope you all can see our reason for this and respect our decision:balloon:

Personally, I don't give a crap about the hentai section, except I know some people here who are/were very active in it. But screw those stupid paid sites breaking the law even more than we are...

(To be honest, I prefer torrents rather than ddls, so I don't really care about any of the upload sections. I'm here for the community.)

Crunchyroll achieved its status by starting out illegal and then changing. Unless we want to start streaming anime, that's not how ftpa could legally stream, free or otherwise.

Ok, Nice i ain't going to complain nor whin but if u take away the hentai section in which 80% of the guests view on then u might be getting a lot less guests then usual.My idea is that u could make that section available for members only.Well is your choice i got nothing to lose here, just giving u my idea.

Looks like it. I was looking for Kite Liberator and it's not even hentai, but i found it there LOL.
