I cried and cried and cried

They did get to kiss, but why did he have to die in the end, it's not fair
So because I felt so sad I just made a printscreen of that kiss
It looks a bit weird to me though

What really pulls me into this anime is the personalities. usually when i watch an anime that includes samurai and the Edo period I like a lot to almost all hacking and slashing but i really like the characters :) as of now i’m still waiting to see the latest episode cause I am not blessed with speaking Japanese :P

The 1st subbing group who did the 1st 5 episodes quit, and was replaced by a group more well-known for paid TL's so the quality of the subs went up and they finished it. If they didnt Id be PO'd. The girls are all cute especially Chizuru but I thought she was underaged for the lead male Toshi. Cant wait for S2 because some members of the original grp "didnt make it" let's put it that way.

me too! what is she 12? i like Chizuru because she's cute. kinda confused because some of them treat her like a kid, then some of them have a crush on her. it's only when she was dressed up in the resto that the guys kinda fell for her. maybe it's just the beer lol

Same here. Continuity with one group is important to me. Heck, sometimes I have both AVI and MP4/MKV (hi-def format) especially if it's a keeper. Claymore by Eclipse as an example. I have a couple of complete subbed series where one group did the AVI and another group did the MKV, and have both versions because I liked each unique versions and that avi will play on anything while MKV needs codecs, which is a damn hassle.

Probably the one anime I have that has multiple sub groups was 7 (yes...SEVEN) sub groups for a complete subbed series is Samurai 7. I know, the irony of the number. It's probably the only subbed series that has so many subbing groups that quit because they were warned by Funimation not to sub it LOL

u know what, that's right. It is kinda annoying to go from ep 6 to 7 and see different fonts.
