As soon as a japanese episode has aired it takes 1-3 days until the subbed version is available

wow!!!! that's incredible! i know when i started here they were talking about subbing, but getting good translators was an issue.<.<

I get multiple versions of shows, but I definitely prefer fansub groups who do a show all the way through. That's why I usually stream new shows I want to watch, and then find complete seasons to archive.

It's important to remember that fansubbers have lives outside of anime, so it's not always possible to keep every show going. Especially if they get licensed. :(

The thing about Dattebayo is that they do translations professionally on the side and judging by the subs, it was excellent. One other thing, they're also one of the most arrogant sub groups around & rightfully so LOL. I'm not sure if they will pick this up again.

According to the sites for both groups, Hakuouki is still ongoing. No explicit schedule for eps, though. Wasurenai actually comes out and says that they'll be doing Season 2.

Dattebayo and ruri have even more recent posts claiming they will do season 2.

Though obviously fansubbers can change their minds pretty quickly.

I've heard rumours that Aoi-Anime and Wasurenai are going to do a joint project again for the second season of Hakuouki... :bravo:

ETA: I've heard that DB and ruri are also likely to pick up season 2.

MKV torrents are the best... And you could always just covert to avi with hardsubs and then delete the mkv file.

If you insist on only avi original ddls, you're going to have to make some compromises.

u know what, that's right. It is kinda annoying to go from ep 6 to 7 and see different fonts.

So get mkv versions and change the fonts... :o
