I'm pretty sure you know by now how this contest works but there's some new rules now...
The deadline for submitting your banners will be November 15.
You can submit as many banners as you like.
There will be a height x weight requirement: somewhere between 700 x 180 to 900 x 200.
Still must have "FTP-Anime" somewhere in your works.
Voting begins from the 16th all the way to Thanksgiving Day.
Attachments are banned.
