Death Note will not be subbed by any fansubs anymore because VIZ Media licenced the anime so all Death Note subbing will all stop on June 22nd/2007, some already stopped subbing like Kuro Hana, C1 Anime.

22nd of June? That means only the last episode will remain unsubbed!
That's just terrible!
By the way, Death Note was licensed a long time ago. But only now has a VIZ media requested the fansubs to stop subbing and distributing it.

It's one of the best anime series ever made! One of my favorite anime/manga!
It's basically about a genius who finds a "death note". With this death note he can kill anyone he wants as long as he writes their name and knows what they look like. He can even specify how and when they die!
But then the cops get onto him...so he uses his genius mind to get rid of anyone who stands in his way. The music is great, the animation is great, and the story rules.
