Moderators needed for the Japanese Center

I'm currently looking for moderators for the Japanese Center.
Their job would be to upload anything Japan related.
It is required for the mods to be an elite member.

Vlad, can I be the Japanese moderator?? Well I think I could qualify as a moderator here because I got so many Jap music, movies, music video and learning materials on my comp and i want to share it to ppl so can u qualify me??
